Disc Golf

Disc Golf is played like traditional golf. Instead of hitting a ball, the player throws a disc from the tee towards the metal basket. It’s a fun and relaxing activity to do.

Good to know

The aim of the game is to complete each hole in as few throws as possible. The player with the fewest throws for the course is the winner. You can rent a set of discs from us. You will also receive a scorecard and a short instruction on how to make the best throws. Pay attention! Points to note:

  • If you lose a disc, you pay €10 per disc.
  • Make sure you wear sturdy shoes or boots, as you will be playing on rough terrain that can be muddy and prickly.
  • At Marenland, you can pick up a stick to retrieve a disc from the water if needed.
  • Play with a maximum of 4 people per hole, so if you are with 8 people, it’s best to play in 2 groups.
  • It is not recommended to play this game if you have mobility issues.
  • The disc golf course is just a stone’s throw away from the Marenland grounds, right next to VV Winsum.

    Leuk voor gezin met pubers

    Voor een gezin met pubers kan het uitdagend zijn om ze bezig te houden. Maar dit vonden onze jongens toch wel erg leuk om te doen.

    Mooi als teambuilding

    We zochten iets dat ons als team weer dichter bij elkaar bracht, zonder dat we zelf een heel programma hoefden te verzinnen. Marenland dacht gelijk met ons mee en kwam met de Highland Games

    De Highland games zorgden er gelijk voor dat iedereen uit de dagelijkse sleur kwam. Naderhand hebben we genoten van de compleet verzorgde barbecue, puur genieten.

    Personeelsfeest

    Compleet ontzorgd en heerlijk genoten

    Na één telefoontje konden we de regie van ons ideale personeelsfeest volledig uit handen geven. Iedereen genoot zichtbaar van begin tot eind!
