From the summer of 2022 we have beautiful new bell tents, these nice tents are ideal for cyclists and hikers. The tents are very basic furnished, there is electricity, chairs and fixed beds.
They are in a beautiful spot in the middle of nature in the most wooded part of the campsite, which is very nice in combination with the warm summer weather. 1 of the 3 tents is slightly more in the sun.
If you want to have a little more sun, you can pick up the light chairs and walk a few meters and you will be in the sun again.
The bell tent is a kind of tipi, only these are completely closed, even at the bottom. They are ideal to spend the night when you walk the Pieterpad, you can then have dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and sleep peacefully in the tent. There are fixed beds and if you book a sleeping package, you don’t have to bring anything yourself.
If you stay longer and do not want to eat out every day, it is useful to bring a cooking set, water is about 50 meters away.
